Its Not Health “Fads” But a Healthy Way of Life (Like Outdoor Living) That Is The Key To Lifelong Health

Perhaps you are wondering: what can I do that will REALLY improve the health of my loved ones and myself. Perhaps you’re tired of all the hype and health ‘fads.’ You want something that will provide the foundation of a healthy life. I would like to suggest that it will never be found in any of the current ‘fads’ - but in the adoption of a healthy lifestyle. Outdoor living (fishing, camping, hiking, running, swimming), or the adoption of a significant sport (such as track or baseball) will do more for you than any of the latest pills, gizmos and gadgets.
