To Improve Your Golf Game, Examine The Biomechanics of Your Golf Swing
July 3rd, 2007
There is no two ways about it: if you want to improve your golf game, you must study the biomechanics of your golf swing. By ‘biomechanics’ I am referring to the proper positioning and motions of all parts of your body as you swing the club: head, hands, arms, trunk, legs, feet - even the eyes! This is sometimes referred to as having the ‘proper form’ - and proper form is the key to perfecting your golf game. This is why an evaluation of your golf form by a pro is so essential - you cannot see what you are doing, but they can - and they can tell you where you need to make some changes.
