Today, card games have become a favourite pastime for many people. The development of rules in card games is necessary in order to have structure and order. The rules created in some educational card games are designed to maximize the learning capability of children. Some of the simplest games have the simplest rules to play. For example, the game of blackjack is very simple. The concept of the game is to get as close to 21 as possible without going over. Even though this game was designed for gambling purposes, it is sometimes used to help children learn addition.
